At Palmetto Moon, we want you to love your Southern lifestyle gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and personalized goods are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
